We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at one of our outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, deliver excellent customer service, and drive team performance to meet sales and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily front and back-of-house operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Drive sales and implement local marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a hands-on attitude
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
