We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Caller Executive to join our team in Indore. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of telecalling or customer-handling experience can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Schedule appointments or meetings when required.
- Coordinate with the sales or support team for customer requirements.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
