Job Description: Team Lead – Digital Sales & Telemarketing

Department: Sales & Reservations

Location: South Goa (In-Person)

Job Purpose

To head, mentor, and drive the Digital Telesales / Telemarketing team for the Goa region. The Team Lead is responsible for the complete lifecycle of a lead—running active digital lead generation strategies, assigning and managing lead distribution, and overseeing the CRM database to maximize resort revenue through room bookings, corporate events, and vacation packages

- Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns that secure high-quality inbound inquiries from digital/social platforms.
- Database & CRM Control: Oversee the hotel CRM system, ensuring crisp data logging, lead tracking, and zero drop-offs in the sales funnel.
- Lead Allocation: Strategically route daily digital leads to sales associates based on capability to maximize conversion speeds.

2. Team Management & Sales Strategy

- Team Supervision: Monitor, train, and guide the day-to-day operations of both inside sales (telesales) and executive sales staff.




- Quality & Coaching: Conduct call audits and performance reviews to polish pitch compliance, negotiation techniques, and service standards.
- Revenue Strategy: Align with the revenue management team to design packages and flash sales tailored to market conditions.

3. Direct Sales Execution (Individual Contribution)

- Key Accounts: Actively manage and close high-value corporate accounts, large group bookings, and destination event packages.
- Escalations: Step in directly to handle complex customer complaints or bridge gaps to secure high-ticket clients

Pay: ₹30,558.51 - ₹40,158.07 per month
