Role Coverage
The position will be based at our Borivali office, with periodic travel to our Wada manufacturing facility to understand workforce dynamics, support employee development, and implement organizational initiatives at the factory level.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological, aptitude, personality & behavioural assessments
- Support recruitment through competency-based assessment and behavioural interviews
- Identify employee strengths, development areas & performance gaps
- Support Individual Development Plans and performance improvement initiatives
- Assess employee engagement, motivation, morale & workplace behaviour
- Conduct behavioural and competency assessments for managers and leadership teams
- Support leadership development, succession planning & organizational development
- Analyse workplace dynamics, team effectiveness & organizational culture
- Support conflict resolution and workplace behavioural interventions




- Provide skilled workplace guidance within the scope of the role
- Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards & appropriate professional boundaries
- Prepare assessment reports, dashboards and people-related insights for management
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to address people-related challenges

Qualification & Experience

- Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, or a related field
- Certification in psychometric assessment will be an advantage
- Experience in HR, talent assessment, organizational development or behavioural assessment preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and report-writing skills
- High level of confidentiality and professional ethics
