Purchase Activities

- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, dispatch, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA, and Accounts departments for material requirements.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, supplier details, and procurement documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Handle import procurement activities, documentation, and coordination with logistics/EXIM teams.
- Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, invoice mismatches, and delivery delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budget approvals, and statutory requirements.

Stores Activities

- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against PO and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper material inward and outward records in ERP/manual registers.




- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials to avoid damage or mix-up.
- Issue materials to production departments based on Approved Material requests.
- Monitor stock levels and replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Maintain FIFO practices wherever applicable.
- Handle scrap, rejected, and non-moving materials appropriately.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the stores area.
- Prepare daily/monthly inventory and stock movement reports.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
- ERP knowledge preferred.
- Valuable negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and suppliers.
- Knowledge of GST, HSN codes, and basic documentation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
