What you’ll do:
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Handle leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized travel solutions.
- Present and pitch travel packages confidently.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, travel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales pitching and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a robust desire to achieve targets.
- Customer-focused and energetic personality.
- Passion for travel is a big plus!
