Vasu Healthcare is a leading Ayurvedic and Herbal Healthcare organization committed to innovation, quality, and employee excellence. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, and Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive – HR
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

The HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, driving HRMS effectiveness, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Address employee payroll queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with payroll service providers and internal stakeholders for seamless payroll administration.

HR Compliance & Statutory Management

- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Manage statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act, Apprentices Act, and other labor legislations.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, returns, and documentation.




- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and auditors during inspections and audits.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and recommend necessary policy and process updates.
- Support compliance audits and ensure closure of observations within stipulated timelines.

HRMS Management

- Administer and manage the organization's HRMS platform.
- Maintain employee master data, organization structure, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR records within the system.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
- Coordinate with HRMS vendors for troubleshooting, upgrades, and implementation of new modules.
- Drive HR automation and digitization initiatives to improve process efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Train employees and managers on HRMS functionalities and best practices.

Learning & Development

- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify development requirements across functions.
- Develop and monitor the annual training calendar in alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Track training effectiveness, participation, and return on learning investments.
- Maintain training records, evaluation reports, and compliance training documentation.
- Support leadership development and employee capability-building initiatives.

HR Operations & Reporting





- Prepare HR MIS reports and analytics for management review.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Participate in HR process improvement and organizational development projects.

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certification in Payroll, Labour Laws, or Training & Development will be an advantage.

Required Experience

- 8-10 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and L&D.;
- Experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, Healthcare, or related industries preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and Payroll systems.
