- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – mandatory.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver clear, structured, and engaging Mathematics lessons across assigned classes.
- Ensure adherence to CBSE curriculum and competency-based learning standards.
- Simplify complex mathematical concepts through lucid explanations and innovative teaching methods.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and examinations to monitor student progress.
- Provide remedial support and individualized guidance to students requiring additional help.
- Encourage logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking among students.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and English-only communication in classrooms.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning, co-curricular activities, and school events.
