We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in US Mortgage recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills, along with a good understanding of US Mortgage hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Mortgage positions.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build a solid talent pipeline and meet recruitment targets.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.

Relevant hiring experience: Loan Processing, Underwriting, Mortgage Closing, Title & Escrow, Loan Servicing, Quality Analyst, and other US Mortgage Operations roles.
