About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional with strong experience in Cross-Border Logistics / Freight Forwarding to drive B2B business development and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new B2B customers in Ocean/Air Freight
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Research market trends, competitors, and recent business opportunities
- Coordinate with Operations,



Customer Service & Technology teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery

Requirements

- 1–3 years of Cross-Border Logistics Sales experience with a Freight Forwarder/Liner (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
- Quick decision-maker with a bias for action
- Customer-focused and proactive approach

Note: Only immediate joiners will be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
