Marketing cum IT Executive – FMCG / Poultry / Meat / QSR

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing cum IT Executive with experience in FMCG, poultry, meat, food products or QSR/restaurant businesses.

The primary responsibility will be to manage existing meat orders, generate current orders, achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to market development strategies. The role will also involve handling basic IT and technology-related requirements of the business.

Candidates with experience in KFC, Domino's, McDonald's, Subway or similar QSR/food retail concepts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

- Follow up regularly on existing meat/FMCG customer orders and ensure repeat business.
- Take new orders from existing and prospective customers.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned market.
- Achieve monthly order/sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and improve customer retention.
- Identify potential customers such as restaurants, hotels, caterers, QSRs, retailers, institutions and other bulk buyers.
- Conduct regular market visits and generate new business leads.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and customer requirements.
- Collect market feedback regarding pricing, products, competitors and customer preferences.
- Provide inputs and suggestions for market strategy, pricing, promotions and customer acquisition.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales of meat,



poultry and other food products.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders, leads, follow-ups and sales achievements.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing and sales reports.
- Support promotional activities and local marketing initiatives for company products and QSR outlets.

IT & Technical Support

- Provide basic IT support to the corporate office and outlets.
- Support POS, billing, biometric attendance, CCTV, Wi-Fi, computers and printers.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers for technical requirements.
- Maintain basic records of IT assets, systems and equipment.
- Support installation, configuration and maintenance of business software and systems.
- Assist employees and outlets with day-to-day IT-related issues.
- Ensure essential IT systems are functioning properly for business operations.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

- Poultry / Chicken

- Meat & Food Processing
- Food & Beverage
- QSR / Fast Food
- Restaurant Chains
- Retail Food Business
- Food Distribution

Experience in KFC, Domino's, McDonald's, Subway or similar organized QSR concepts will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Any Graduate with relevant experience.

Candidates with qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications or related fields are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
