2. Sales Executive - Tender (Most Urgent)

Key Responsibilities

. Search and monitor tenders through various government and private portals.

. Prepare technical and commercial quotations.

. Maintain ERP records and update data accurately.

. Upload tender documents before submission deadlines.

. Maintain tender documentation and records.

. Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams.

. Follow up with customers regarding tender status and approvals.

. Assist in vendor registrations and customer approval processes.

. Develop new customers and support business development activities.





Candidate Requirements

Graduate or Diploma holder (Engineering preferred).

. Basic knowledge of tendering procedures.

Knowledge of vendor registrations and approval documentation.

. Good understanding of technical and commercial documents.

. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

. Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Experience: Fresher to 4 years

Salary Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Pay: ₹10,030.07 - ₹32,548.86 per month
