Summary

Total FMS is looking for an experienced and responsible Cleaning Services Supervisor to manage and supervise cleaning operations at client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, team supervision, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and housekeeping activities at client locations.
- Manage and guide cleaning staff and allocate daily duties effectively.
- Ensure cleaning work is completed according to company standards and client requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods, equipment usage, safety, and hygiene practices.
- Maintain cleaning materials, equipment, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with clients and address service-related concerns professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports regarding manpower, cleaning activities, and site requirements.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Handle staff replacement and manpower requirements when necessary.





Requirements

- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar role.
- Experience in commercial, residential, office, hospital, hotel, or facility cleaning operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and handle site-level issues.
- Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Experience:

2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
