Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly workplace.
- Supervise housekeeping, store maintenance, and overall store presentation.
- Manage visual merchandising, displays, racks, shelves, mannequins, and promotional collections.
- Lead the store team and monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Handle cash, UPI, card transactions, daily collections, and cash reconciliation.
- Supervise billing operations, refunds, exchanges, and payment processing.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor staff conduct and prevent operational irregularities or policy violations.
- Coordinate with management regarding store, employee, maintenance, and operational issues.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management, preferably in ladies' ethnic wear, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong personality with the ability to maintain employee discipline.
- Experience in cash handling, billing, POS, UPI/card transactions, refunds, and reconciliation.
- Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to take responsibility and make sound operational decisions.
- Candidates residing within approximately 10 minutes' travelling distance from Sector 17, Chandigarh will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
