We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Medical Representatives to join our growing sales team in Delhi NCR. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in pharmaceutical sales and healthcare.
The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products, developing skilled relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Promote and explain company products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily activity reports.
- Collect market feedback and provide information regarding competitor products and activities.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with distributors/stockists to ensure product availability.
- Participate in product meetings,
training programs, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and market activities.
Eligibility
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. (Biology/Chemistry/Life Sciences) or relevant qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of pharmaceutical/medical sales experience will also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Android applications is an advantage.
- Candidates who are comfortable with field work are preferred.
