Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Advisory & Roadmap Planning

- Stay current with the UKG product roadmap, new releases, and industry trends.
- Assess emerging UKG capabilities and identify opportunities for adoption across the organization.
- Advise business and technology stakeholders on UKG strategy and future-state planning.
- Support the development and execution of a 12-24 month UKG platform roadmap.
- Recommend approaches that align platform investments with business priorities and long-term objectives.

Solution Architecture & Governance

- Review proposed solution designs, configurations, and enhancement requests to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Provide architectural oversight and strategic guidance across UKG initiatives.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, design standards, and operating procedures.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and supportable.
- Drive standardization and advocate for leveraging out-of-the-box UKG functionality wherever possible.

Demand Assessment & Solution Advisory

- Evaluate business demands, enhancement requests, and transformation initiatives.
- Provide recommendations on solution options, effort estimates, complexity, and implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Identify opportunities to reduce customization and improve platform efficiency through standard UKG capabilities.

Capability Development & Knowledge Transfer





- Mentor and coach internal HR technology and UKG resources.
- Promote best practices, governance principles, and industry-leading approaches.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and capability-building initiatives.
- Support the development of a self-sufficient and high-performing UKG ecosystem within the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Current UKG certifications with strong expertise across the UKG product suite.
- 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, Workforce Management, or HCM platforms, with significant hands-on UKG experience.
- Proven track record of providing strategic advisory services to large enterprise organizations.
- Deep understanding of UKG product strategy, roadmap, architecture, and industry adoption trends.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and platform standards.
- Robust solution design and architecture review experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence strategic decisions and build credibility with business and technology leaders.

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting large-scale UKG transformation or optimization programs.
- Consulting background with a leading HR technology, HCM, or Workforce Management practice.
- Experience operating within global or multi-country environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
