Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can handle both static visual design and short-form video content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, marketing campaigns, and brand communication, while also editing professional videos, reels, promotional content, and digital advertisements.

You should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, composition, transitions, pacing, and current social media content trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create high-quality social media posts, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, website graphics, and promotional creatives.
- Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, fonts, visual styles, and overall brand identity.
- Create marketing materials for product launches, campaigns, offers, and announcements.
- Design visually attractive app and website promotional creatives.
- Resize and adapt designs for different digital platforms and formats.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to convert ideas into engaging visuals.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and brand videos.
- Create engaging short-form videos with professional pacing, transitions, effects, music, and visual storytelling.
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos.
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, animations, icons, images,



and other visual elements where required.
- Create cinematic and promotional videos for products, apps, campaigns, and social media.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, including vertical 9:16, square 1:1, and landscape 16:9 formats.
- Understand hooks, retention, pacing, and storytelling required for high-performing social media videos.

Required Skills

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

- Canva
- Figma
- Good understanding of typography and visual composition
- Video transitions and effects
- Motion graphics
- Color correction and basic color grading
- Audio synchronization and sound selection
- Social media content design
- Reel and short-form video editing

Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, or similar AI image/video tools will be an added advantage.

- Is responsible about timelines and delivery.

Experience

1–3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with a strong creative skill set and good practical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
