- Visit farms regularly to monitor crop health, soil condition, and growth stages
- Provide farmers with technical advisory on seeds, fertilizers, pest/disease management, and irrigation practices
- Assist in planning and executing field trials/demonstrations
- Collect and maintain field data (crop yield, input usage, farmer feedback)
- Support sales and promotion of agri-inputs/services in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain solid relationships with farmers and local agri-dealers
- Report field activities and market insights to the reporting manager
