Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate / Data Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, conducting Primary Research and Secondary Research, investigating companies, validating information from multiple reliable sources, and using third-party research platforms effectively. The role requires strong research, analytical, and communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality and accurate data.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and client objectives.
- Conduct Primary Research by gathering information through direct sources such as emails, phone calls, surveys, questionnaires, interviews, or client interactions whenever required.
- Conduct Secondary Research using company websites, LinkedIn, business directories, online databases, industry reports, and other reliable public sources.
- Conduct company, market, and business research using online resources.
- Perform website research and gather relevant business information.
- Research professionals and companies through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Create detailed company profiles.
- Conduct contact research and identify key decision-makers.
- Perform lead generation and data mining activities.
- Validate and verify data from multiple trusted sources.
- Enrich existing databases with accurate and updated information.
- Ensure data accuracy,



quality, and completeness.
- Maintain research reports and documentation.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while adhering to deadlines.

Eligibility

- Experience working with US, Canada, or UK clients will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with third-party research tools and business databases is preferred.
