Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead and manage Accounts & Finance functions for a growing hospitality organization. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, finalization of accounts, internal controls, and cash flow management.

Candidates from Hospitality, Hotels, Food & Beverage, Restaurant Chains, Café Chains, or large hospitality organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Accounts & Finance operations and ensure accurate and timely accounting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and monitor MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, tax, and other financial audits.
- Ensure timely finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund utilization.




- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and processes.
- Review ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards / Ind AS and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and implement measures to improve cost control and profitability.
- Support senior management in financial decision-making and business planning.
- Ensure effective financial controls across multiple hotels / restaurants / cafés / business units, wherever applicable.

Candidate Profile

- CA Qualified with minimum 6–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, MIS, Audit, and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates from Hospitality / Hotels / F&B; / Restaurant Chains / Café Chains will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience handling finance functions in a large or multi-unit organization will be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting / ERP systems

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
