Position: Report Follow-up Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Follow up with internal teams regarding pending reports and documents.
- Coordinate with site and laboratory teams to collect reports on time.
- Track report status and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Ensure reports are submitted within the required timelines.
- Communicate with team members regarding pending, incomplete, or delayed reports.
- Maintain daily follow-up sheets and update report status.
- Check reports for basic completeness before submission.
- Escalate delayed reports to the concerned senior/team lead.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of reports.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by management.

Requirements





- Any Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.

Key Objective

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
