About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor who genuinely understands Instagram content — not someone who only knows how to edit videos.

You will be responsible for turning raw footage into engaging Reels, understanding what is currently working on Instagram, experimenting with new formats, and continuously improving your editing and creative skills.

We want someone who is hungry to learn, stays ahead of trends, and wants to grow with the company.

What You’ll Do

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
- Work with Adobe Premiere Pro to create clean, engaging and professionally edited videos.
- Handle color correction and color grading to give videos the right look and feel.
- Understand pacing, transitions, sound design, hooks, storytelling and retention.
- Keep yourself updated with the latest Instagram trends, editing styles, formats, sounds and content patterns.
- Identify trends early and understand how to recreate and adapt them for our clients and brands.
- Experiment with recent editing styles rather than repeatedly using the same templates.
- Work closely with the creative/content team to turn concepts into strong visual content.
- Take raw footage and make creative decisions independently — not just follow instructions.
- Continuously improve the quality, speed and creativity of your edits.
- Organize project files, footage and final deliverables properly.

What We’re Looking ForMust Have

- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Good knowledge of color correction and color grading.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, music and visual storytelling.
- Ability to recognize what makes a Reel engaging.
- Strong awareness of current Instagram trends.




- Ability to recreate and adapt trending formats quickly.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to experiment and try new editing techniques.
- Thirst to learn, improve and grow.

- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Motion graphics
- Sound design
- Basic cinematography knowledge
- Understanding of camera footage, codecs and color profiles
- Experience creating content for brands
- Experience with multiple Instagram niches
- Basic understanding of YouTube Shorts and TikTok trends
- AI-assisted video and creative tools
