About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage and develop email marketing activities for our scientific research. The ideal candidate should have experience in email campaigns, database management, email communication, and digital marketing.

The role will focus on increasing website visibility, and supporting the organization through effective and ethical email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute professional email marketing campaigns for scientific research.
- Promote new issues, recently published contents, special issues, and editorial announcements.
- Develop and maintain relevant email databases of researchers, authors, academicians, institutions, and other legitimate professional contacts.
- Manage email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid, or similar tools.
- Prepare attractive and professional email templates with appropriate subject lines and calls to action.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, and campaign formats to improve engagement.




- Maintain proper email-list hygiene and ensure compliance with applicable anti-spam and data-protection requirements.
- Coordinate with editorial and publishing teams to obtain accurate information.
- Track campaign results and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Support the development of long-term email marketing strategies for increasing readership, authorship, and visibility.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Ability to send high-volume emails daily.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and deliverability practices.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Experience with email automation and CRM platforms.
- Good written English and strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/email template formatting is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze campaign statistics and prepare reports.
- Understanding of CRM tools and integration with email marketing platforms.
