Job Summary

To independently manage and grow the company's E-Commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Moglix, IndustryBuying and other online platforms, with responsibility for sales, profitability, advertising, inventory and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Moglix and IndustryBuying.

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive month-on-month business growth.

Manage product listings, catalog, pricing, promotions and discounts.

Plan and manage marketplace advertising and sponsored campaigns.

Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, sales, conversion and profitability.

Conduct competitor, pricing and product performance analysis.

Manage inventory, stock planning, FBA/fulfilment and replenishment.

Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, ratings and marketplace account health.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Store, Purchase, Logistics and Marketing teams.

Identify and develop new opportunities in B2B and Quick Commerce.





Prepare regular performance reports.

Mandatory Skills

4–7 years of hands-on E-Commerce/Marketplace experience.

Strong experience with Amazon and Flipkart.

Positive knowledge of Amazon FBA and marketplace advertising.

Strong understanding of sales, pricing, inventory and profitability.

Good knowledge of ROAS and marketplace analytics.

Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and SUMIFS.

Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills

Experience with JioMart, Moglix, IndustryBuying or Quick Commerce.

Knowledge of marketplace SEO, A+ Content and catalog optimization.

Experience in B2B E-Commerce.

Basic photo/video editing

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
