Job Description – HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our computer education institute. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for teaching, sales, administration, and support roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for trainers, counselors, telecallers, placement executives, receptionists, and other staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.
- Coordinate joining and documentation of new employees.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment reports and HR records.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (experience in the education/training industry is preferred).

Preferred Experience

- Hiring for trainers, sales, marketing, and administrative roles.
- Experience in a computer institute, coaching center, or educational organization is an added advantage.

Salary

- As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
