Video Editor – Short-Form Content

We are looking for a creative, fast, and highly passionate Video Editor focused on short-form content.

Responsibilities

- Produce a minimum of 2 quality videos per day.
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Work across restaurants, grocery stores, real estate, DJs, AV, and event entertainment.
- Turn raw footage, photos, product shots, listings, event clips, and other assets into strong short-form content.
- Come up with fresh concepts, hooks, editing styles, and content ideas.
- Research trends and references and adapt or recreate concepts appropriately for each brand.
- Create content even when footage is limited by using creative editing, stock footage, graphics, motion, text, and available assets.
- Use strong pacing, music, sound design, captions, transitions, and storytelling to improve retention.
- Use AI tools such as Higgsfield or similar platforms when useful,



especially for generating supporting visuals or filling content gaps.

Requirements

- Strong short-form video editing skills.
- Valuable understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, sound design, and audience retention.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and develop ideas without needing every concept provided.
- Able to take inspiration from references and execute similar styles effectively.
- Fast turnaround without compromising quality.
- Experience with AI creative tools is a plus, not the core requirement.
- Aggressive about improving your craft, passionate about video editing, and constantly looking for better creative ideas.
