About The Role
The Driver, Transportation and Delivery plays an essential role in ensuring DKSH's products reach customers and target areas safely, on time, and in full across Cambodia. This role contributes directly to service reliability and customer satisfaction by executing efficient, compliant, and qualified delivery operations every day.
What You Will Deliver
Deliver products to customers and designated target areas safely and on time, consistently meeting performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure full compliance with Cambodia Traffic Law and DKSH safety standards across all driving activities
Monitor traffic and weather conditions proactively to anticipate disruptions and maintain reliable delivery schedulesDeliver an excellent customer experience by providing professional, courteous, and responsive service at every drop-off point
Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles through regular maintenance checks and timely reporting of defects
Utilize navigation applications to plan and optimize delivery routes, adjusting in real time to avoid traffic congestion or road construction
Operate a variety of vehicles, including motorbikes,
cars, and trucks, to meet varying delivery requirements
Comply with DKSH Freight and Transportation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold consistent operational and safety standards
Promptly escalate and report any route or operational issues encountered during delivery to support timely resolution
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
High school certificate or equivalent qualification; a valid driving license is required
Minimum one year of experience in a similar transportation and delivery role
Working knowledge of distribution center operations, distribution, and transportation processes
Physically fit and committed to performing demanding delivery tasks with consistency and reliability
Hardworking with a strong sense of punctuality and a disciplined approach to daily responsibilities
