Project Head – Projects & Execution

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Head – Projects & Execution to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across India involving skylights, facades, glazing, windows & doors, architectural metalwork, and related construction activities.

The role will have overall ownership of project planning, coordination, execution, quality, safety, client management, and timely completion. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving the Projects function with minimal day-to-day supervision from management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and monitor multiple projects simultaneously from order handover to final completion and handover.
- Coordinate end-to-end with Design, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Site Execution teams.
- Plan and allocate manpower, contractors, subcontractors and other project resources.
- Independently attend and manage meetings with clients, architects, PMCs and consultants.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies and overall progress.
- Identify potential delays, execution challenges and project risks at an early stage and take corrective action.
- Coordinate procurement, fabrication and material availability to ensure uninterrupted site execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor site execution, workmanship, safety and statutory/site compliance.
- Maintain proper project documentation, DPRs, MIS, look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
- Drive regular follow-ups with internal teams, contractors, vendors and clients.
- Resolve project-related technical and operational issues proactively.
- Ensure effective coordination between site teams and management.
- Take ownership of final project completion, snag resolution and timely handover.
- Provide proactive updates to management on project status, risks, delays and corrective actions.





Required Experience

- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in:
- Facades
- Glazing
- Aluminium / uPVC windows and doors
- Architectural construction
- Interiors
- Structural steel
- Architectural metalwork
- Related project execution industries
- Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects, preferably across different locations.
- Strong experience independently dealing with architects, PMCs, consultants and clients.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
- A strong contractor/subcontractor/vendor network will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Production, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant Project Management qualification/certification will be an advantage.

Technical & Functional Skills

- Strong understanding of architectural and technical drawings.
- Multi-project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
- Manpower, contractor and vendor management.
- Procurement and fabrication coordination.
- Client, PMC, architect and consultant management.
- Quality assurance and safety management.
- Understanding of statutory and site compliance requirements.
- Project tracking and MIS reporting.
- DPR preparation and review.
- Look-ahead planning and risk management.
- Strong follow-up and execution discipline.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
