We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales & Business Development Executive who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and turning enquiries into memorable experiences and successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable setups/packages.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and bookings.
- Reconnect with previous/inactive leads for potential bookings.
- Explore cafés, restaurants, hotels and other venues for potential collaborations and tie-ups.




- Connect with potential venue/partner contacts and coordinate meetings.
- Occasionally visit locations and attend client/partner meetings across Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding customer requirements, promotions and content needs.
- Collect client feedback and reviews after events.
- Contribute ideas to increase sales and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred; freshers with solid communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Proactive, energetic and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Willing to occasionally travel for site visits and meetings.
- Knowledge of Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula is an advantage.
- Own two-wheeler will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.
