Job Overview:

CoLLearn Sports is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue in the sports education sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, engage potential leads, and develop strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential leads and partners.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with sports enthusiast, organizations, and institutions.
- Engage with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

- 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.

Preferred Skills:

- Sales & Negotiation – Strong ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships.
- Sports Knowledge – Understanding of the sports industry.
- CRM & Lead Management – Proficiency in any CRM tools to manage leads.
