POSITION DETAILS:-

- Position:- Academic Coordinator (Student Mentor)
- Work Locations :- Dadar (W)
- Years of Experience :- Minimum 0-2 Years.Experience in the education industry is not necessary for excellent candidates.
- Qualification:- Graduate Work Time Monday- Sunday. With mid-week off.

- Compensation:- Rs 22,000 - 25,000 per month | Lucrative Incentive Plan

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:-

● Good English Communication Skills.

● Knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets / Docs / Slides)

● Good at working in a Team

● Solid focus on Customer Service

● Robust interest in providing guidance & education

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

● Implement the academic process at the center

● Interact with Students, Parents & Faculties to deliver Academic Outcomes

● Maintain Attendance & Class Test Marks in ERP and Google Sheets

● Track Homework Completion & Academic Progress of students

● Provide guidance & resolve queries of students & parents

● Conduct activities for student engagement

● Manage WhatsApp groups of students and parents

● Assist in the day-to-day administration of the center

● Work in a team and help others, whenever required.

Working Days: Monday to Sunday, with one weekly off between Monday and Friday
Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day
Shift: 11:30 AM TO 8:00 PM

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
