Inventory Backend Operations Executive / Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Backend Operations Executive / Analyst to handle inventory data, MIS reporting, stock reconciliation and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory records, stock reconciliation and inventory tracking.
- Analyze stock movement, aging, replenishment and discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports & dashboards.
- Handle large datasets using Advanced Excel.
- Develop VBA Macros to automate repetitive processes.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Procurement and Warehouse teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Power Query, Dashboards
- VBA Macros & Automation
- SQL & Database Management
- MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
- Inventory Management / Stock Reconciliation
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

- Experience in Inventory, MIS, Backend Operations or Supply Chain.
- Retail Steel Industry experience preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications or related field.
