About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, banking transactions, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finalization of books of accounts, ledger reconciliation, tax compliance, banking payments, and coordination with internal departments and Chartered Accountants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
- Handle banking transactions, payment processing, and foreign payments in coordination with the CA and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for accounting, taxation, audit, and financial matters.
- Perform finalization of books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage journal entries, ledger entries, reconciliation, and adjustment entries.




- Handle TDS, TCS, GST, and Income Tax compliance and related accounting activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, CA, and other external stakeholders.
- Manage accounting and financial activities for subsidiary companies.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting, reconciliation, and statutory compliance activities.
- Review financial records and identify discrepancies, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Assist in audits and provide required financial information and documentation.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.

Required Experience & Skills

- 6–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong experience in finalization of books of accounts.
- Good knowledge of journal entries, ledger reconciliation, and adjustment entries.
- Strong knowledge of TDS, TCS, GST, and Income Tax.
- Hands-on experience in banking payments and foreign payments.
- Experience in coordinating with CA, auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Experience in managing subsidiary company accounts.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

- IT / ITES / Cybersecurity
- Manufacturing
- Other service-based or corporate organizations with similar accounting operations.

Education

M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred: Candidates with strong practical experience in accounting, taxation, banking, financial finalization, and subsidiary company management.
