Key Responsibilities

- Engineering Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams across multiple product domains.
- Engineering Culture: Establish a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.
- Engineering Organization: Build engineering organizations capable of delivering products with startup speed and enterprise-grade quality.
- Leadership Development: Develop engineering leaders and create strong technical career growth pathways.
- Engineering Strategy: Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with product vision and business objectives.
- Modern Engineering: Drive adoption of cloud-native architecture, AI-assisted software development, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and SRE.
- Engineering Productivity: Continuously improve developer productivity, software quality, delivery velocity, and operational efficiency.
- Product Delivery: Own end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple products and platforms.
- Delivery Excellence: Ensure predictable, high-quality, and timely product releases.
- Product Partnership: Collaborate with Product Management to align engineering execution with business priorities and customer outcomes.
- Engineering Metrics: Drive execution through measurable delivery and engineering productivity metrics.
- AI-Augmented Engineering: Champion AI-powered engineering tools across development, testing, architecture, operations, documentation,



and engineering workflows.
- AI Governance: Establish responsible, secure, and effective AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction for large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native platforms.
- Architecture: Guide teams on scalability, resilience, security, observability, performance, and maintainability.
- Platform Strategy: Ensure engineering and architecture decisions align with long-term platform strategy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Security teams.
- Business Alignment: Drive alignment between business strategy, product vision, and engineering execution.
- Engineering Transformation: Lead engineering transformation initiatives across people, processes, technology, and platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong experience leading large software engineering organizations delivering enterprise-grade software products.
- Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, cloud-native platforms, and API-first design.
- Experience building engineering organizations using Agile and modern product engineering practices.
- Strong coding knowledge in Java, Golang, Rust, or another high-level programming language.
- Solid understanding of DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Experience building and scaling engineering teams across multiple product domains.
- Proven ability to lead engineering transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted software engineering practices and developer productivity platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical excellence and business priorities.
