Position: Workshop Manager / Supervisor
Location: Rourkela, Odisha
Industry: Scrap Car / Automobile Recycling
Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise mechanics and daily workshop activities.
- Prepare daily job charts and allocate work to employees.
- Monitor vehicle dismantling, parts removal, and scrap segregation.
- Track job progress and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor mechanic productivity, attendance, and work quality.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of reusable car parts.
- Maintain workshop tools, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily work reports for management.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in an automobile workshop, garage, or scrap vehicle industry.
- Basic knowledge of cars, mechanical parts, and dismantling.
- Valuable team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare job charts and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
