About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing Executive to help us grow our brand, acquire users, and build scalable marketing campaigns.You will work closely with the founding team and take ownership of marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, analyzing results, and turning ideas into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Set up and monitor tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Develop and track marketing funnels and conversion journeys.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Work with content and design teams to develop marketing creatives.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign data to improve conversion rates.
- Experiment with new marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns.
- Support SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For





- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking and marketing funnels.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to independently execute campaigns and take ownership.
- Startup mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn quickly.

Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
