Job Summary

We are looking for a *Field Sales Executive* to drive sales and develop customer relationships for PeCox’s range of *electrical control panel accessories, including panel hardware, cable termination, cable management & marking products, and polyamide low-voltage busbar supports*. The role involves visiting customers, generating recent business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities





* Generate new leads and identify potential customers through field visits.

* Promote and sell PeCox electrical products to customers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Follow up on enquiries and quotations and convert leads into sales.

* Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

* Achieve assigned sales targets.

* Monitor market and competitor activities and share updates with management.

Eligibility/Requirements

* Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

* Basic knowledge of Google sheets and sales reporting.

* Own bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.
