About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through their property search and helping them find the right investment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, thrive in a target-driven environment, and want unlimited earning potential through performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective buyers through calls, walk-ins, and lead follow-ups
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities clearly and accurately




- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales
- Maintain accurate customer records and keep the CRM updated
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for sales and customer service
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Freshers welcome — prior experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or direct sales is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
