Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with 1–4 years of experience in facade, glazing, cladding, doors & windows, and architectural metal works. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, techno-commercial proposals, and tender submissions for facade projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and client requirements.

· Perform quantity take-offs for glazing, curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, louvers, railings, skylights, doors, windows, and associated facade elements.

· Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, fabrication, installation, logistics, and subcontractor costs.

· Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors for aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, and accessories.

· Prepare techno-commercial proposals, bid summaries, and tender submissions.

· Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for technical clarifications.

· Analyze project specifications and identify potential risks, exclusions, and cost-saving opportunities.

· Maintain estimation databases, standard costing sheets, and rate analysis records.





· Assist in value engineering and optimization of facade systems.

· Participate in pre-bid meetings and client discussions when required.

· Ensure timely submission of quotations and tenders.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of facade systems including:

o Unitized Curtain Wall

o Semi-Unitized Curtain Wall

o Structural Glazing

o ACP Cladding

o Aluminium Doors & Windows

o Spider Glazing

o Skylights and Canopies

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

· Ability to read architectural, structural, and facade drawings.

· Understanding of aluminium, glass, hardware, sealants, and facade materials.

· Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.

· Positive analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Educational Qualification

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

· Diploma holders with relevant facade estimation experience may also be considered.

Preferred Requirements

· Experience in facade, glazing, or aluminium system companies.

· Familiarity with tendering procedures and project costing.

· Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

· Understanding of wind load and basic facade design principles will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
