Site Execution & Supervision

* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project site.

* Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

* Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of project.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers.

* Resolve in office technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

Quality Control

* Ensure all construction work complies with quality standards and building codes.

* Inspect RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.

* Verify the quality of construction materials before use.

* Conduct regular quality checks and rectify defects promptly.

Planning & Resource Management

* Prepare daily work schedules and monitor labour productivity.

* Plan material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.

* Control material consumption and minimize wastage.

* Ensure the efficient utilization of manpower, machinery and equipment.

Billing & Measurements

* Take site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).

* Verify contractor bills and work completion quantities.

* Maintain records of material consumption and project costs.

* Assist in preparing project progress reports.

Safety & Compliance





* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.

* Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance immediately.

Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, inspection records and material logs.

* Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.

* Record site instructions, quality inspections, and snag lists.

* Maintain project documentation for audits and handovers.

Client Coordination

* Coordinate with homeowners, architects, consultants.

* Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

* Ensure owners requirements are implemented without compromising quality or safety.

Skills Required

* Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and finishing works.

* Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and service drawings.

* Knowledge of RCC, masonry, waterproofing, flooring, and interior finishing.

* Familiarity with BOQs, estimation, billing and site measurements.

Qualification

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
