About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with exposure to Automotive Cloud considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, and scheduled jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Develop declarative automation (Flows, approval processes) and know when to choose configuration over code.
- Own technical design documentation — solution design, data models, and integration specifications.
- Optimize performance through efficient SOQL/SOSL, governor-limit-aware design, and bulkified code.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX, and support sandbox and release management.
- Enforce security best practices — profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, FLS, and Shield where applicable.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root-cause analysis and preventive fixes.




- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, estimation, demos, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–8 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
- Expert-level Apex, LWC, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing and security architecture, and large data volume considerations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience working across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations; exposure to Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, SSJS, journeys, data extensions) is an advantage.
- Experience writing unit tests with high coverage and adherence to test-driven practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud (vehicle and asset data models, dealer/partner processes) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service.
- Exposure to MuleSoft or other iPaaS platforms.
- Understanding of Einstein/Agentforce AI capabilities on the platform.

Certifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, or Application Architect (preferred).

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
