Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a passionate and skilled Swedish Language Trainer to join our online teaching team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Swedish and be capable of teaching all levels from A1 to C1/C2.

The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging online classes and helping students develop their speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive online Swedish language classes.
- Teach students from A1 to C1/C2 levels.
- Cover Swedish grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, study materials, exercises, and assignments.
- Conduct practical conversation activities and interactive learning sessions.
- Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students.
- Prepare students for Swedish language examinations when required.
- Maintain an engaging and supportive online classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching methods according to students' learning levels and requirements.
- Track student attendance and academic progress.

Requirements





- Solid proficiency in Swedish and ability to teach all levels from A1 to C1/C2 is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Swedish grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation.
- Ability to explain complex language concepts clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable conducting individual and group classes online.
- Good classroom management and time-management skills.
- Stable internet connection and suitable setup for online teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Swedish Language Trainer/Teacher is a plus.
- Experience teaching A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2 levels.
- Experience preparing students for Swedish language examinations is an advantage.
- Relevant degree, Swedish language certification, or teaching qualification is preferred.
- Previous online teaching experience is an added advantage.
