Job Description

You will serve as a Photo Curation & Grading Specialist for Oodio's key enterprise account. The position requires executing post-production workflow involving end-to-end image curation, color grading, retouching, and data management. It is a highly team-oriented, client-facing role for a major OTT platform that requires curating and delivering marketing-ready graded & retouched unit stills used to market movies and web series. The position demands a nuanced approach to image curation grounded in a deep understanding of each project's story, creative vision, and marketing strategy.

The role requires acting as a key liaison between various external and internal stakeholders, including production houses, unit photographers, creative agencies, and internal team. Success in this position relies on proven written and verbal communication skills in English, rigorous project tracking, and seamless multi-stakeholder coordination.

Additionally, the role involves managing ad-hoc, time-sensitive asset requests outside of standard business hours to support immediate media releases, promotional campaigns, and fast-turnaround marketing requirements.

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of a title from ingesting data to delivering the colour graded output.
- Curation of images shot on the film set. It requires an understanding of what images could drive the marketing for the title .
- Grading & Retouching images in Photoshop to bring the images to a presentable manner.
- Keep a track of assigned titles indepedently,



executing action items that can take the title to finish
- Coordinating between team members to distribute timely tasks and pick up tasks if the team require assistance.
- Fulfilment of ad-hoc and timely requests that come outside of work hours in a smooth and orderly fashion with the highest possible quality.
- Ideating and executing visually appealing stills-based creatives for use during the campaign phase of a series or film.
- Acting as a liaison between the client, Oodio, and external contractors to successfully complete projects requiring specialized expertise.
- Garner a comprehensive knowledge of photo and video post-production to service any request of the client.

Prerequisites and Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts or Photography
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience, esp. in photography, post-production, graphic design, or visual arts, will be preferred
- Hands-on experience of working in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop with proven editing skills

Timings

- Monday to Friday (9 AM - 7 PM)
- Saturday (9 AM - 1:30 PM)
- This is an on-site role. There is no work from home option.

Hiring Process

- Hiring Tests & HR Interview. This will be conducted at Oodio Office Premises. The candidates will have to attend the hiring session from 10 AM-5 PM.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
