Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 3 years of professional experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including timely return filings.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Process payroll entries and support salary reconciliation.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support budgeting,



forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime
