We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive – Food Delivery Process
Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)
Process: Food Delivery Customer Support (Blended – Voice, Chat & Email)
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Work Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time)
Night Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via Voice, Chat & Email
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns & refunds
- Provide excellent customer service and meet quality standards
Eligibility:
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Basic Computer & Typing Skills
- Customer-focused with positive problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
