Job Overview

Wanna Party is looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive with strong hands-on experience in marketplace management. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Flipkart, catalogue management, inventory, pricing and sales performance.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations and identifying opportunities to increase sales, improve ROAS and maximize overall marketplace profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images and variations.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and resolve marketplace-related issues.
- Monitor account health, suppressed listings, policy issues and performance metrics.
- Manage pricing, promotions, deals and discount campaigns.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate, Buy Box and SKU-level performance.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads based on sales targets and advertising budgets.
- Conduct keyword, competitor and category research to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate inventory planning and maintain adequate stock levels for key products.
- Monitor returns,



cancellations, claims, reimbursements and other marketplace issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports.
- Coordinate with catalogue, design, warehouse, marketing and management teams.
- Support recent product launches and ensure proper marketplace positioning.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, ROAS, conversion rate and profitability.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and marketplace operations simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently identify issues and drive them towards resolution.
- Experience in consumer products, party supplies, gifting, toys, home décor or similar categories will be an added advantage.
