Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to inspect incoming, in-process and finished goods, ensuring products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspection of components.
- Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions against engineering drawings.
- Record and report non-conformances and support root cause analysis.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues on the shop floor.
- Support internal audits and ISO 9001 documentation requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers on quality concerns for purchased parts.
- Assist in calibration scheduling of measuring instruments.
Requirements
- Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or precision engineering unit.
- Working knowledge of GD&T; and measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic MS Excel and Word skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
