About the Role

GC Cloud Info System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager – IT Services to lead marketing and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on experience in client handling, and a good understanding of IT services and B2B marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for IT services and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through various channels.
- Handle client interactions, understand requirements, and maintain robust professional relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and the overall client engagement process.
- Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business documents.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential target segments.




- Develop and maintain a strong network of prospective and existing clients.
- Support digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and other promotional activities.
- Track marketing and business development performance and prepare regular reports.
- Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in IT services marketing, business development, or client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Valuable understanding of IT services, software solutions, cloud services, or related technology offerings.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, email communication, and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
