Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CDP/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare dishes according to hotel standards, recipes, and hygiene requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and proper storage in the assigned section.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety.
- Hotel Management/Culinary qualification preferred.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
