We are looking for a skilled and responsible Carpenter to join our Engineering Department. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry work, repairs, and maintenance within the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Repair and maintain doors, windows, furniture, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
- Attend to carpentry-related maintenance requests from different departments.
- Perform minor renovation and modification works as required.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Complete assigned work on time and as per hotel standards.
- Report major damages or repair requirements to the Engineering Supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques.
- Ability to handle repair and maintenance work independently.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency maintenance requirements when needed.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
